I've spent three decades building and running mission-critical technology in international banking — systems where downtime means millions lost, where security breaches make headlines, and where regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.

Now I take that same discipline, experience, and pattern recognition to early-stage and growth-stage startups in the DACH region. I've seen what works and what fails. I know the difference between a shortcut that saves time and one that creates a CHF 500K re-architecture two years later.
